Refund Policy

Self-paced enrollment

If the curriculum is not right for you, write to hello@divinedesignmethod.com within 14 days of enrolling and we will refund you in full. The one condition is that you have not gone past Module 2. You do not need to explain yourself, and we will not ask you to.

3-Month Intensive and 6-Month Mastery

You can cancel for a full refund any time before your cohort begins. Once it starts, your seat is held and the sessions are on the calendar, so enrollment is final from that day forward.

Organizational licensing

Refunds and cancellation follow your signed agreement, not this page.

If something stops working

That is not a refund question. Tell us and we will fix it.

Before you enroll

Take Held Together at divinedesignmethod.com. It is free, it is five days, and it will tell you quickly whether the way I teach is the way you learn.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for your bank to post it.
